Lo and Behold! Here we have the fateful time-travelling encounter where adult magical girl Yunnie has gone backwards in time to give little Yunnie a snail! Not just any snail but a magical snail of love and justice and cucumbers! c:Is this what set her on the path to being a magical girl? Yup! Super surprising origin story GO!! =D
Little Yunnie was just running about the forest with her
Nai-chan plushy and having a lot of fun when all of a sudden an explosion of sugar and sweets appeared before her! She inched closer and closer to the expanding candy circle when all of a sudden a fluffy hand popped out! There was an older fox lady inside the magical circle who looked strangely familiar and really kind. Yunnie squeezed her plushy as the adult held out a little shining snail and told her to not be afraid and to take care of the snail friend! They would be very important in the near future and Yunnie was the chosen one to take care of the snail until that time! After a few (secret!) questions were answered, the magical lady kissed the fox on the head and disappeared in a shower of jellybeans and gummy bears! Little Yunnie smiled and put the new snail friend on her head, dashing back through the forest towards the next great adventure!

Like mere words cannot describe how happy and squeelie this makes me every time I see it! the colors and expressions are so spot on and she went above and beyond everything I expected! ^=^ Everyone go and shower her with love and follows as this is just amazing!!!

I actually have a good paradox loopy end line storyline for that. Not a true paradox, but this is actually solving a paradox made by accident when future Yunnie didn;t fulfill her "destiny" and asplode at the end of an epic battle (to save the day of course). Ish a long story I am coming up with to show off one day! But the long and short is that she changed the future (with candy power!) and created a paradox and the only way to solve it was to go back in time and give herself the snaily friend that would one day lead her to become a magical girl (in a roundabout way!)
Guru-Guru, the music guy in the windmill, told Adult Link that he learned the Song of Storms (corrected name) from the youth (which happened to be Young Link) just to draining the Well of Three Features, but bring up the storm. Adult Link learned the music then he put the Master Sword back in the its rest location and turned to Young Link, only to go and taught Guru-Guru in the past, which was what future Guru-Guru had told Adult Link.
In long story short, Adult Link learned of the song, only to travel back to the past and taught the same guy who taught him 7 years later. Threw in the loop/paradox of wherefore the song came from.

Indeed, that occupied in Ocarina of Time - Ganon's timeline happened when Link was killed. Zelda timeline happened because she sent Link to the past, leave the present with no Link/Triforce of Courage to protecting. And Link timeline happened because Link chose to told the King truth about Ganondorf's coming-up corruption.
Ganon Timeline led to NES Zelda games.
Zelda Timeline led to Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Train games.
Link Timeline led to Twilight Princess/Crossbow Training, and perhaps Breath of the Wild, see that major of the landscape were kept the same.
