I've got some time, so I'm taking advance badge commissions for Anthrocon. This isn't going to be like past cons where I brought Sharpies and index cards; I am equipped to make good proper badges and they will start at just $20 US. If the demand is high, I'm going to freeze it after ten slots at a time, so as to make sure I can finish what I take on before accepting more.
The badge can include the design of an ambigram of your name, within reason. Just remember, many people find even the best-devised ambigrams hard to read, which, if you suppose the root purpose of a badge is for people to read your name, can undo the advantage of having an expert letterer. If you like the invertible double-portrait "playing card style" shown here, it is an option, but the badge can be any format that fits in the 4"x6" laminate.

I think I have enough of an idea that I want to get in on this. (That is, if you're still taking them at this point)
Alas, not going to AC, but if anything that just means I'm not a rush order customer.
Though I should ask if I can throw you a little money to develop an ambigram ahead of time, so I can figure out if it would work for one of these flip badges, or if I should stick with one-sided.

Well, I can tell you "Balina" is an easy ambigram, I worked it out in my head in minutes, but by all means describe the badge you would like in a note so I can tell you whether any of it merits an extra amount. I'm starting to get things packed up and I'm going to have to do my quarterly tax form before I get on the road, so you may as well wait until July to send me any money.
