Hello! I usually open those when the previous are finished! I usually post a journal a day before those will be opened. BTW I just took a looot of work and dont think I'll be able to take new commissions like in 3-4 months.
Any tips, any tips...hmmm..Draw a lot, complete all exercises! Those help a looot! You can find those all around in google ^^
Also learning irl people and animals movement helps too.
If you cant understand the movement or dont like how it turns out - use mirror or videos to see how it should move.
Like if you are drawing a falling ball and cant do it just find a ball and see how it is falling irl :D Sounds weird, but it helps!
One animator told me once they needed to draw a caterpillar but they could not. So they went and found caterpillar in the garden, put it on the table and learned how it moves :D Spent several hours watching it but at the end the movement came our great and very realistic

Thank you very much and I do know what you are talking about. I do the same thing when I can not remember how a body part would look at a certain angle.
I am working on a RPG and making sprites. All the sprites I make I want to be "hand-drawn" animated. I have never gone to learn animation and kinda just jumped in and self taught myself through cartoons since all I ever watch are cartoons nowadays.
Sincerely though, thanks for some of the tips. If you have any recommended sources I could read, listen, or watch to get a good grasp on animation then that would be much obliged. :3

Its hard to count cause in this one there are separated parts that animated. Also charas have different amount of frames. But for example an elk has...ummm...28 frames for hair movement + 36 frames for smoking loop. His leg movement consists of 16 frames. +Winking animation. Overall there are 64 frames.
Also thank you! ^^
Also thank you! ^^
