Our heroes find what they are looking for. But first an unpickable lock, a thief without hands and a horde of bloodthirsty monsters.

Does the hero manage to stave of the vicious monsters or did he suffer an unspeakable demise?
Does our heroine manage to pick the lock or is she doomed to life as a chocobo?
Is the counter-incantation really beyond that door or is this only the end of disk one?

You'll have to figure all that out for yourself. For me this sequence ends with a cliffhanger. But keep looking past the credits for a bonus image...
