A Helping Hand - Page 4
"Boyfriend" doesn't seem quite right. They're not married or anything so "husband" definitely doesn't fit. "Fuckboy sex slave" seems a bit aggressive. What do you call him? Hrm...
This is looking a lil' bit better as a page I think. Blue is maybe a lil' dark but what can ya do.
So, GCF has got a name now! A first name, anyway. I was looking over names that start with G (I figured if I'm going to name GCF, he should keep the acryonym), and narrowed it down to either Gabriel or Gale. I was thinking about them... I started thinking about Gabriel and I kind of liked the juxtaposition between his extremely sexually misadventurous lifestyle and the religious name, that amused me.
But then I thought about what Gale means, and... yeah, it's gotta be gale. A strong wind that blows a lot? Yup. Perfect.
Fun side note- I debated what to have him wearing for quite a long time. He's typically depicted walking around in public in either very girly clothing, or no clothing at all, having him in relatively 'normal' clothing doesn't quite seem right for him, but at the same time it was too big a disconnect to draw him either naked or in something really slinky like a corset without the characters explaining it, and I really didn't want to add like 15 more pages of talking before the good stuff starts.... so I went with something normal for now.
It's alright, I'm sure he won't be wearing it for long.
This comic is an experiment, very much a learning process- I'm dipping my toes into comics to see what the water is like. I'll be learning as I go, so hopefully things will improve a fair bit between now and then end. I've got an idea involving Vanilla, the small fox, that I wouldn't mind putting to paper, and a different hypnosis themed idea that might be fun....
But as always, the finished thing will be tossed up here in it's entirety for free, so if that ain't your style, no worries! I'm not interested in creating a paywall. I'm posting a page every Friday so keep an eye out for more!

So, GCF has got a name now! A first name, anyway. Gale is a lovely name for a lovely fox. I really like his outfit, too. It is interesting to see him in something fairly low key and "normal" rather than his usual, sexier garb, but I suppose even the most unabashed of us need to have clothes for other occasions.
As for what to call him, well I think the wolf there couldn't really go wrong with just "He's mine". It says so much and yet could easily be passed off as something more innocent than "sex toy". But that's just my first thought and, hey, it's your comic. I'm sure you'll come up with something better!
The backgrounds are really nicely done, especially in the first panel. There's a nice balance between detail and simplicity, I think, that gives you the idea of a fully furnished room, and home, without having to go overboard. And I think it works just as well in the smaller panels as well.
I love what you've done with this so far. The pacing is excellent, the art is gorgeous and I'm really excited to not only see what's going to happen but in what other ways you might flesh Gale out as a character. I might just have the tiniest fangirl crush on him.

Heh, labels are tough yeah. If I had to introduce one particular person in my life I know I'd be at a loss. He's a good friend that I talk about deep personal stuff with a lot but I'm not really "involved" with. Although we do sex things occasionally, but our relationship isn't really a sex thing. I mean like, it could potentially be a sex thing I guess. We'd have to talk about it. It seems like so far his boyfriend is cool with the things that we do, so like maybe there's a thing there? I don't know... bwuuuuugh.
I've... tried that. The loneliness nearly destroyed me. I know that it can work for some people, and yeah, it did seem like the simplest, most logical solution. At times I wish I could've followed through with it, but it seems it wasn't in the cards. Even though I was satisfied with the life that I'd led thus far, there was a melancholy that followed me, one which I couldn't explain. In fact that's the best definition of "melancholy". It's a compliment to grief, where grief is the pain of losing something you once knew, melancholy is missing something that you never knew. So when I got a glimpse of what I'd been missing, I knew that I had to try and make that a part of my life. Only time will tell if that was a good idea. Might be reading a little too much into a porn comic, but you never know. Maybe you've found something that really speaks to a profound truth. We'll see!
I was kidding, for what it's worth. I don't think it's really a good path for anyone, I'm just very socially awkward, introverted, and fairly isolated, so I don't really have any chance of meeting people. I'm also not bothered much at all by being single so there's not a lot of motivation to go out and fix it, but I'd still like to try this sex thing at some point down the road. x3
Yeah, that sounds like me about five years ago. I'm much more sociable than I once was. Naturally I recently moved away from most of the people that I knew to follow a job, so I feel quite isolated again. We'll see how that works out. Honestly a good chunk of my experience with sex has ranged from merely disappointing to outright disastrous. More recently though, I've found that the non-sex forms of closeness and intimacy with people can be very enjoyable and rewarding. I don't really miss sex when I don't have access to it, but when I can't just like, hold someone and be close to them, that really gets to me.
I like the innocent largely-covered clothing look on him. Knowing that he's very much not innocent at all while seeing him this way just draws more attention to what he'll be doing later. You're telling more by showing less, and giving us things to imagine.

Funny how I was just thinking a week ago (as I entered a committed relationship with a new guy I like a lot) that I don't really like the word "boyfriend" - it seems juvenile and loaded. And yet, the idea of what it stands for, a man I really like a lot that I'm exclusive with, doesn't really seem to have another word that doesn't have implications of living together, long-term, marriage, etc. I didn't invent English, so I guess I just live with the word, even if it isn't a word I like the taste of. ...or at least until I think of a better word haha
We'll have to see! It's an ugly part of making art, but when that's what you do for a living, it's pretty important to find funding on big projects like this. I was fortunate enough to find someone who's a big enough fan of the little green fox to help me get started on this with some funding, and while it doesn't cover all the time this will take it's definitely enough to help me get through it. As for future projects, we'll just have to see what comes of it!
Actually, it's honestly not even a kink I'm all that into. I much prefer frequent and unrelenting orgasms to denial, hah. In fact the only reason I even started drawing chastity is because I'm really into the 'hands-free orgasm' thing, and chastity is a fantastic excuse to draw that sorta thing.
The only reason I started with GCF is because he was the easiest to slot into a simple story and was a good jumping off point for playing around with comics. To be clear I don't -dislike- chastity either, it has it's moments, it's just not among my highest turnons.

Y'know, the more this comic goes on, the more adorable the wolf boy gets. I love how eager he is to help his deer friend, and his hesitancy when it comes to just what he calls his little foxy pet is actually kind of sweet. I get the feeling he's going to show much more of his dominant side before this comic is done, but the best doms are the ones who you know can be sweet and tender at other times. Gale is a cute name for the GCF. I like how it's kind of androgynous and neither too masculine nor too feminine - though I can't help but think of Dorothy Gale nevertheless. I wonder what the Emerald City would make of the Emerald Foxy?!

So I'm really enjoying seeing you dabble in longer forms with things like this, and the little thing you did for your Cinnamon bunny a little bit ago. Even if this won't be the meat of gallery, it's a lot of fun and I think you should be really proud of what you've done so far!

I suspect there's a tiny bit of self-indulgence in his motives... he really likes making (and watching) his fox serve other people. But I'm sure most of it is just wanting to help his friend. Probably. :P

It is really not that bad for a 'long shot' as you put it. Guys who are girly don't always walk around in public looking like a girl sometimes they were normal clothes with their girly stuff underneath!
They need to go to a place where they can change clothes after a night of fun since they probably don't want to HAVE to go home naked or in torn girl clothes.
And making a stash of clothes out of a backpack will bring a lot of attention to a girly boy in drag. then have to stash the backpack too.

just ask someone who had to wear tights for a middle ages play going back home riding a ten speed in High school it is difficult to explain to a cop who catches you, Until they take you all the way back to your high school to check out your story, but then as a joke make you walk back to where you chained up your bike, two blocks from home. Tights do not have shoes that go with them so stones and debris are a whole different story of pain. I skipped school the next day. to heal my feet and the cops got to have my Dad go over and bring out the top guns to ask why they made me walk home barefoot to their police chief after I didn't lie.
My dad got a thousand bucks, I got sore feet.

It's a very cute outfit. :3 I like outfits that leave a lot to the imagination. Inconspicuous enough that most won't give him a second glance in public, but there's something about his coy attitude that those who do give him a second glance will want a lot more than just a glance.

I guess 'partner' is an accepted generic term for any homosexual relationship. Also a way to break it gently. But I think fucktoy sex slave is more accurate and a little humiliation would get Gale going just a bit...
