watchibng cables at a size of .270 of an inch go through the furnace, making sure all are going at the same speed and none bend and such. This is the most boring part of my job, i swear.

gotta love safety green

and i must inquire:
are you annealing bundles in parallel?
and if so, why is the wire not processed on spools and then cut to bundles?

or is that jacketed comm cable?

because that would cost more money, and require the use of technology less than 65 years old. (im not joking, we're using ww2 equipment there) and its mineral insulated thermal cables.

as i was wondering why on earth hardline comm cable would ever be cut to short bundles
but thermal extension cables would be different

i'd so be stealing bits of cable if i worked there.
i could do with ten feet of KX
