Kelly, only a few short months ago, had been a simple Lab rat mouse and unremarkable aside from the interesting genetic quirk of having spots of black fur to distinguish her from any other albinoid Mouse. She’d lived a simplistic type of life in a researcher's enclosure, drinking water, eating food pellets, and resting. Unremarkable, until the researcher overlooking them decided to test their own ability in the name of science—a Stand known as『Get Older』

『Get Older』possessed the ability to give anything it touched human characteristics, be they singular anatomical pieces or psychological nuance, of which more can be added to a singular object over repeated exposure. This scientist did have his qualms over the issue due to the ethical concerns of gradually turning something into a fully fledged human like being and the issues therein, but a conversation with his sapient telephone eventually made him concede the issue and attempt a test-run on the mice in his care. Particularly, Kelly.

After this, Kelly’s memories become much more blurred and a singular idea of what actually happened becomes purely conjectural. What is definitively known is that on January 13 of 2017, that very researcher was found dead in his home, and that rumours of a strange rodent-like Cryptid were reported throughout the small town. Through a long winded series of events involving Kelly taking a keen interest in some drugstores in the area, the Speedwagon Foundation was able to discover Kelly and bring her into their care. She had been malnourished, poorly washed and suffering from a stomach flu and a small series of infected wounds, but was able to quickly recover under their professional care and now spends most of her time under humane study. Kelly has been in possession of her Stand, ⌈Ratchathewi⌋, since she became what she is now, and it’s unclear if its emergence had any correlation to the effects of 『Get Older』or is coincidental.

⌈Ratchathewi⌋ is a simple Stand, possessing the ability make a ⌈drain⌋ anywhere within its range, similar in some basic principles to a Black Hole. The key difference is that a drain created by ⌈Ratchathewi⌋ will not absorb and destroy any matter that eventually enters its grasp, merely cause it to spin in a clockwise fashion (Kelly has described as effectively using a fork [“chork”] and spinning noodles—except literally everything is the noodles and her Stand is the fork). The intensity of which a drain made by ⌈Ratchathewi⌋ is able to grasp an object, the speed of which it is spun, and even what particularly is affected by these Drains (e.g “I don’t want a bunch of winds buccheting this place. ⌈Ratchathewi⌋, can you make it so the Drain is ignoring the Wind? Chank you!”) can all be modified by the Stand or User remotely. Potential uses for these drains range from forcing an object into a circular orbit, reversing the direction of an object, and minute manipulation of objects (There’s a wall, ⌈Ratchathewi⌋ puts down a drain by it, suddenly part of the wall shifts so an opening is there with the pieces hanging in place until the drain is deactivated).

Kelly for her part is a simple girl, and in a strange point in her life. She was born fully grown in a sense, but she has almost no context for anything of the world around her. As a result, she has an insatiable urge for reading and learning, and her small home in a Speedwagon building has a good deal of its space dedicated to various books and DVDs of miscellaneous educational purposes ranging from just about every topic easily imaginable, although she has a difficult time fully grasping or interpreting the whole of this information. She’s a very excitable and happy, if somewhat naive girl, who’s also particularly annoyed with a speech impediment of hers (any word a hard ‘f’ sound will, kf she isn’t concentating, come out with a ‘ch’ noise).
