I imagine whatever it was, he'd prefer it be see-through like Ancient Egyptian linen, and his tattoos would glow through it.

I actually have an Egyptian version of Kadath I'm working on that would wear a robe ;3

Well, I am not into any cross-dressing or drag-queen stuff. So I'd draw him, wearing a more king-like or egyptian robe. ^-^

This was my first thought too. ^^ I wouldnt draw a normal picture with him in womens cloth, just a funny one. ^^
