7.5mm hull-mounted driver MG, satchels, ammo bags, engine deck boxes, loader's MG swivel, & ammo box in front of loader's hatch. (Tamiya 1/35 M4 Early Production, turret in background)

put on Stowage Boxes [light grey], Loader's Hatch periscope [clear], Antenna, driver's periscope [light grey], commander's cupola periscope [clear], & road wheels [light grey], (Dragon 1/35 M-103A2 Stowage and extra add-ons)

That silver oval is a drop tank from Airfix's 1/48 P-51-D Mustang and is a pair of extra fuel tanks for better range of the tank in combat and placed on the engine deck.
