Here it is "The Defender of E'Fo'Na", "The Howling Death", THE ONE! THE ONLY! THE "BEEN IN THE WORKS FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF"! THE KHAN'NING KN-19!
First mentioned in my first aircraft design, the original design for the KN-32/KN-320, this aircraft has been in the works since late December of 2016 and is now seeing the light of day. I actually drew this first, drew the KN-18 on it by erasing and changing pieces, then back to this, you can see the lines from erasing, drawing, re-drawing again and again and again and aga...
With design work beginning in 1947 B.C.E. to replace the aging KN-18, the KN-19 was basically a slimmed down version of the 18 with better armament. But down let her slim and sexy and similar exterior fool you, under the skin this is a far superior aircraft. Powered by an inverted, fuel injected, liquid-cooled, super and turbocharged V-16 producing nearly 1,416 Kilowatts (1900 hp) shooting the plane up to 700 km/h (435 mph) in level flight and fuel endurance of close to 6 hours at 600 km/h (372 mph). The extra power gave it another huge advantage over the 18, armament, as it now could carry more, and heavier weaponry. The armament from the 18 was enlarged to 2x 15mm HMGs in the nose, a 20mm AC in the spinner (later a 30mm) and 6x 20mm ACs in the wings. The ejection system had to be twisted through the air frame to not be ejected into the radiators which were carried over from the 18 along with the airfoil of the wings and horizontal stabilizers. The landing gear was covered and the spinner was rounded along with the canopy, edges of the wings, and stabilizers. The wings also recived a 6 degree sweep back, and the empty space of the fuselage behind the cockpit was cut out. The canopy recived a slide mechanism and two smaller windows under the front, behind and above the nose HMG ejectors. The control surfaces were all increased in size to increase maneuverability and handling at all altitudes and speeds. The air being pushed through the radiator under the nose in a dive created a whistling sound which earned it the name "The Howling Death" by it's pilots as it could be heard in the cockpit being louder than the engine. Even after the introduction of the KN-32 Windbreaker the 19 stayed popular among pilots for its reliability to take punishment, deal it back harder, and return home. It became the most produced E’Fo’Nan aircraft of the 8th War with over 100,000 being made in the 37 years of war and was a potent fighter to face in any situation.

*I made a (in my opinion) a pretty good quick 5 minute sketch of it the other day during my Spanish final, i was waiting for our teacher to tell us to move on to the next section, I literally just randomly guessed the answers at the beginning of the section and spent the rest of the time doodling that. I'll see if I can't ask her if I can take a quick pic of it. BTW speaking of pictures my phone is smashed but the camera is still working enough for me to take pics, which is how I took the pics today.
