The action heats up yet again. A new attack is on display and the panels set the stage of how rough the battle will now become. Who will have the upper hand no one is for sure but damn is this epic. Each turn and panel we see something new and a scene that really shows these two heroes off. The battle is hard and the tensions are at an all time high after 01 striking with a low blow to Frostbites pride or past. Either way we are seeing a fight for the ages between two friends who know each other very well. And truly these are two evenly matched omega level heroes. I'm not sure we will even know the full limit of their powers and abilities which adds to the tension in the comic. We can never know who truly has the upper hand at any time. Speaks to the artist/writer's talent for character creation as well as developing an encompassing tale with a world we would all love to live in. Each page feels more epic than the next and we hang on every word as well as every panel to see what will happen next. Lovely job as always Rubberbuns truly the depth of your talent is astounding. ^_^

Actually there is...we get to see how they attack and how they act. We have seen that regardless of what side they fight on both of them have shown a lot of who they are by either restraint or going for the win. We can see the looks on their faces as they attack and how they attack. You put little hints in there that show who they are. And in the heat of battle often your true heart is shown. Even under the control of another we still see some of who 01 really is deep down. I love that about your pages you try to do as much as you can with every panel. You are wonderful at what you do and this comic shows with how much love and effort you put into it. Keep up the wonderful and amazing work Rubberbuns. Cheers to you for all much deserved love you are getting out of this. ^_^

Facing a friend who betrayed him in the past now betraying the hero league, and poking his past failure with his ex girlfriend.

Or more so frostbite is actually frozen his heart to mask the pain he feels over the betrayal of his once good friend becoming less human as his friend did so for the sake of power

If ice bear has the ability to make ice out of water molecules in the air, why doesn't he utilize the fact that they're mostly made of water to his advantage? Freeze 01s arms and legs and haul him back to headquarters.

I'm gonna go with "Basic hero morals" tbh. Sorta like how blood-bending from Avatar is never used by the good guys.

well think about it as ice generation power, instead of freezing.
Same way 01 creates fire, frostbite creates ice. that's why frostbite hasn't been freezing people so far.
guess he could bury a target in ice to freeze them... but that wouldn't be instant.

Oh my, that must hurt... Then again, 01 is reaping what he's sowing ! To mention [lost girlfriend] to the hero like that... u_u

it was quite a low blow. But he moved Frostbite away from his analitic figthing style, so on that instance 01 won i guess!

Well looks like someone did not think about the consequences of bringing that up. Hopefully 01 has a good healing mechanism with his symbiote or those will hinder him quite well in the fight.

Lets see what the future brings to us! 01 really took some damage there!
Let's see if he answers to those!
