A barren wasteland where negative feelings and energies linger after terrible nightmares.
Unfortunate dream fauns can get lost and become maddened with the exposure and often become nightmare fauns.

Hope birds who aren’t tainted by the nightmare essence lead lucky dream fauns back to safety. Dream fauns blessed by the stars and moon are more likely to be saved since their energy is much stronger and easier to find.

Hope birds are made by the rare essenense and feelings of hope even within the deepest depths of dispair. They’re attracted to those in need so they always return to the nightmare plain to save as many as they can.


Arien wandered a bit too far chasing a particularly big nightmare. He’s wondered into this realm a few too many times to be considered pure and he’s starting to show signs of developing unwanted traits.
His antlers glow with energy and spark. The maddening rage of this place is contagious and a dream fauns antlers are their way of absorbing energy.
