The reason shes the last of her kind is cus her kind are evil, savage, naturally hostile creatures that are hunted for their impenetrable scales and danger to society so no one would try to clone them
sisalis practices magic which allowed her to survive up till now shes one of the Villains in this story xD also it may not look like it in the image but shes tall as a single story house in her normal feral form(in the position shown in the image) so there pretty easy to spot so shes sertain she has been the last of her kind for 200 or so years people know she exists and her broodserpents pop up now and then over the years and usually cause a little havoc with the exeption of Eva who set up a potion shop in the citadel altho she does sell questionable potions from time to time >o>
