I just heard that the wonderful person and fursuiter, 
Twidget, has passed away.
I do not yet know what had happened, but this is another great loss to the furry fandom and far too many for 2018.
While I've never had the opportunity to sit and talk with him out of fursuit, he has always been such a fun and energetic person to photograph at conventions, and it has been my pleasure to get many shots of him since 2014.
He had become a staple at Morphicon/AnthrOhio and I looked forward to seeing him every year, with the photos here having been taken at this year's AnthrOhio, a mere two weeks ago. He will be missed.
My condolences to all of his friends and family.

*nods* Not knowing how much time there is, is always the problem.
Even the simple things like "I'll catch their nametag later", only to not see that fursuit again, is a reminder of how fleeting our encounters with one another can be. Situations like yours with Twidget just really bring that fact home.

The funny thing is, it was your tribute I had gotten the 11th from, so it makes sense that you'd be the one with the corrected date. ^_^

Twidget was a great guy, in and out of suit. Even after attending his funeral it is hard to accept that he has passed away. Although I mourn that I will not be able to create new memories with him, I have many that I will continue to cherish.
I was surprised that he brought not just one, but three of his main suits to AnthrOhio 2018, and he put each of them to good use
