Commentary:
New Solar Magic Spell. I might be showing off a few more of them this chpater. You may notice that Dekus is similar to Slaido, the Lunar Spell that Usaro performed in chapter 10 to prevent himself from falling off the cliff. Solar Spells and Lunar Spells have an equivalent for each other, more or less.
