That's the green one from the Legacy Collection set. Came with Alan, a leg-humping compy, a gallimimus, the all-grey raptor, and a Dilophosaurus. I've found evidence on the Dinosaur Toy Forum that she might be the one in the mural from the first JP: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DeyDhgIU8AAp4DV.jpg
