The longer I look at this one the weirder it gets.
● For inscribed work, it's remarkably flat; more etching than carving.
● The age on the casket is unusual -- you're a better taphologist than I, is that common?
● The marks used for shading look like cuneiform script.
● The neck, finial and base of the urn are incised, whereas the body of it is flat.
Great find; too bad it was broken.
