"So, why did a person with a bow announce his presence instead of shooting Rohan from afar?" Great question, hypothetical person! I'm glad you asked. Two reasons: first, the more attentive among you might recognize him from earlier in the comic. It is dishonorable to attack an unaware opponent, so he made his intentions clear. The other reason is even better. But THAT, my friends, will have to wait for the next page. <3
The backgrounds on this one were freaking TOUGH. I hope that the long and tiring effort paid off. I really felt like the colors of the page itself told part of the story here. I like the idea of using imagery to convey a mood.
There is a chance my living situation might get incredibly dicey tomorrow since something is coming up with my landlady. I don't want to go into details, but suffice it to say there's a slight chance that I might not be here to upload next week. It's unlikely, but I want to be sure to let you guys know just in case. I'll keep you all posted!

still works, truth being told most things we see as black in this world actualy arnt, true black pigments are kinda hard to come by so typicly an extramly dark purple or blue are used instead, the human eye cant tell the diffrence
