This is Pecunia Aurum, or as shi was once known, Katsuhiro Hatano

Background:
Katsuhiro Hatano was born in 1862 and had a good future ahead of him with a father whom had worked within banking as Japan opened up to the world and modernized. When he turned 20 in 1882 he was amongst the few to join the newly formed national bank Nippon Ginkō, Bank of Japan and worked there for twenty years until in 1902 when he left for a quest that ended up in europe.

In 1910 when the new Limax were making themselves known in the world, he became the shi all sees these days. In 1916 when a new nation formed, taking over what had once been italy, the new nation Limacandia, shi took charge over Scamni Limax, The bank of Limacandia, reforming it to be a proper national bank, using hir knowledge from japans experience to overhaul it properly.

Throughout this process shi became the head of the bank and in charge of the nations economic policies.

In 1936 shi is the second richest person in the world and the economic policies shi makes affects over 800 million people, including hir old home of japan.
