This was done to help me get past a roadblock I hit with a commission. Just wanting to get used to the headshapes of bin animals. Realized I can also use the light reflections of their little, dark, beady eyes as ‘pupils’ giving an adorably soulful element of anthropomorphism to them.

I did think of giving them hats, hair, glasses, just about anything to make them look less wild and more human-like. But I decided against it, as I did want them to have a look similar to Lauren’s Terrible Comic: http://terribleterribleterrible.tumblr.com/ so trust me when I say half of them work 9-5 and at least one is a dealer and another wears flannel crop tops.
