If you guys remembers Nickelodeon's All That, you might remember one of there sketches called The LAMOS. A group of hero's with worthless powers. One of them was a girl name Mega Butt with the power to inflate her butt and hit people with it. Coarse her powers like the rest were useless. So I thought I make Monster Mutt Dalmatian look like her, except Ms. Dalmatian's rear has purpose. It can grow bigger then this and if bank robbers try to escape, she will block there path with her large rear and releases a nasty stench that can knock you out.
