A kirlia wants to ride the ferris wheel nearby, but she is forced to wait, while the ride is in operation. While doing so, she sucks on a popsicle to not die from the heat, as well as be in fashion.
We've all been there. A ride takes too long, and you start to sweat too much. You would want a popsicle as much as this kirlia wants one.
Just wanted to draw a recent experience. I didn't have a huge hat, but most of it was kinda accurate. ^-^
