It's not on the site anymore. Although I don't remember doing it, I took it down for an even shorter version of NH1 so the NH2 archives wouldn't be so huge. If you'd like to read it all, it's in the book, All the Newshounds Fit to Print.

Probably it'll be a repackage of the intro, because it's no longer on the NH site as it is.

It's a great backstory though. Even during the first year of funny strips I was pondering about how it all got together.. and when that story was told I thought to myself, 'Oh, that actually almost makes too much sense.' Not that I was dissapointed, mind you.

Really? I hit the "first" button and I got taken to the new intro comic. You can also hit the "intro" button too. What browser are you using?

I used the intro button, but it doesn't really matter which button I use. Firefox 1.5.0.12 is my browser. I did try to use an old IE just now, and it does work there. To clarify, in Firefox it loads up nicely until the commenting field finishes up, at that point the field takes over as a seperate page. (Is that really clarifying? I think it only served to make things more confusing..)

It's not just these intro pages, by the way, whenever I view a particular comic page it acts that way (I just tried that out). How odd! I guess though, that having to work out those kinks is preferable over having malware installing fora..
