So I came across this idea a week or so back and instantly became obsessed with it!! I just had to make my own spin on the idea, and thus Libra was born!

As a young, furry joey, Libra had a very peculiar, but very profound dream: She wanted to be a living blimp! But she even if she could find a toymancer to transform her, she couldn't afford the gear and upkeep necessary, nor could her free spirit stand being tied down by burdens like those! So she got to work studying toymancy for herself, looking for an elegant, magical solution for flight. After years of study, reading the myths of the toygod Sai, who flew using a winged halo on his back, gave her a flash of inspiration for what she would call a "Blimp Halo"! Such an enchantment, if painted on an inflatable, would allow him or her to float and fly around at perhaps not the fastest speeds, but still exceeding most commercial zeppelins at the time.

She took this idea to the eccentric kitsune toymancer Leaf, who agreed to help her with the fine details of crafting the halo and actually crafting it-- it was an immensely complex task that Libra knew she had no chance of completing, after all. After some more work and testing, Leaf first made Libra into a regular inflatable, then painted a Blimp Halo on her, and finally performed the blimp transformation ritual, letting the kangaroo achieve her dreams at last!

Some time later, another toymancer by the name of Mizuki contacted the new blimp and arranged to make temporary blimp halos (similar to stickers or decals, they induce a blimp transformation on any fur or inflatable who wears one, until peeled off) a profitable venture, and what better way to promote them than for Libra to be a living advertisement~?
