“I love the person I have become because I fought to become her…”
Taking a short break from Whisper’s usual hack and slash mayhem and showing her sweeter side-
…it will not last long so enjoy it while it is around, haha.
While I abhor selfies and taking any type of picture of myself- just ask any of my friends and family in real life, I thought it would be cute to get a piece with Whisper taking a selfie of herself so she can show off how much weight she has lost so far, along with how well her clothes fit her now! However, she does not post images of herself on social media…or even show them to anyone except a few of her close friends. She uses selfies as a way to measure her progress of how much weight she has lost over time…though she would be lying if she said she does not like to flaunt her figure every now and then~
Hey, she worked hard to look this good- a fit wolfcat is happy wolfcat.
As much as I enjoy seeing Whisper out in the battlefield or out on the streets beating up her enemies, it is a nice change of pace to see her casual side as well. I would like to imagine she has taken this picture right before her morning workout, or on her rest day. Whatever the case, I want to give a big thanks to the lovely artist behind this piece: Yumiko - thank you so much again!

Beavis! Ah, I miss the days of beavis and butthead, along with ren and stimpy- nostalgia! Kids nowadays don't know what they're missing on tv. But I digress...
Yeah, I usually take a selfie of myself every few months? Just to see if there's any growth in my biceps, my waist and other body parts are getting smaller in size, things of that matter. I mostly started doing so because at this point, I really don't see any changes in my body, yet everyone else does. So I figured I should start taking pictures to monitor my progress overtime. But just selfies to put online? Gosh, I haven't done that since I was active on facebook YEARS ago! Heck, I'll be honest, most of my friends don't even know what I look like nowadays (which is probably for the best, lol).
"And there's nothing wrong with showing off like this, just be aware of two things: don't do it in a whore-like manner to purposely gain attention. And, for the former, watch out for horndogs (mostly men) who will most likely oogle at the sight." Oh don't worry, I certainly don't fall into the first category (and hope I never will!) and Whisper carries a very sharp weapon with her and a tongue to match so if any idiots try to act stupid around her, she will retaliate without mercy, haha.

Haha, you don't use facebook either? I glance at it maybe every few months, if that. But I haven't been really active on fb on years! I joined facebook back when it was only for college students and it was just starting out (yeah, I've been around a while, lol) but over the years I got bored with it...plus I saw how toxic it made people and its effects on people's self esteem and life. I didn't want to become dependent on a social media site for gratification or acceptance, so I backed away from it: so glad I did!
"And I don't think I need to know what you look like IRL, I respect that enough - unless you yourself feel like showing me, I did say that I MIGHT show you how I look IRL sometime. I'm not certain on that, yet." Haha, no worries. I've just had bad experiences in the past showing others what I look like, so I just stopped showing people my picture. Besides, if someone wants to be your friend, your appearance should not matter right? So now I don't ask others for their picture and vice versa so we can just enjoy a non-judgemental friendship

You think so too? I thought the same thing!
Oddly enough, this particular artist usually does human art rather than furry art so I was somewhat iffy to ask her to do Whisper at first- very glad I gave her a chance; she did a lovely job on her and the overall piece itself
