Please Read This Description!
Some Momochu have developed a patagium - that is, gliding flaps, that allow them to glide from tree to tree. They cannot fly like birds, but glide like flying squirrels and sugar gliders. The shape, form and length of the Patagium varies, but these membrances can be pulled close to the skin and "fit" to their body so they can still wear clothing, or accessories. Of course, these have to be removed before gliding.
Momochu can be very sleek and thin-furred, or thick-furred and super fluffy, sporting 'manes' and long fur on their hips, shoulders, arms and legs. This can extend to some level to their ears as well. The length of their fur will vary from momochu to momochu and location to location. Momochu living in cold enviornments are more likely to have longer fur and momochu living in warm enviornments are likely to have shorter.
Hip "skirts" are called this due to the tendency for the fur to drape in clusters around the hip like a dress. These skirts typically do not go too far below the groin-level of the Momochu though slightly longer have been seen. Momochu don't typically grow these out because.... well... it's like long hair, except you can't put it up. It snags on things, dreads and matts, along with being a potential hazard for their movement if they get too long. It's more of a hassle than it is worth.
While fluffy tails are possible and have some amount of variation to them, this particular discussion is for sleek tails. Sleek tails are similar to rat tails - very fine fur. However, sleek tails of any length have the possibility of growing a myriad of fur formations along it. These fur forms can go the full length of the tail, partial length, be curly, be straight, be short, be long. They can go all the way to the bauble or stop before hand. They can get puffs of fur at the base of their tail. The only think, obviously. The only thing is they will not have this fur all over. It is usually just on the tail "ridge" similar to spines on a dragon's tail.
Fluffy tails can vary mostly by fur length only.
