I had the great pleasure to get a drawing by Stan Sakai of my own McClaw and his Usagi Yojimbo. I asked for the two of them to be depicted in Usagi's setting.

Note the size of McClaw's weapon; the arrow is almost as long as Usagi is tall. It would be easy to imagine McClaw launching Usagi from the bow at some foe who thought the distance protected them.
