this is a character that I've been trying to make look good for a while (and most of my attempts have been underpar). Finally got him closer to where I actually want him, so posting time it is. (not accurate, but it is a compass bearing set)

Dr Evenwatch (his actual title may change) is an brilliant researcher and global community member (although he dismisses accusations of Dictator and Ruthless). Surprisingly well meaning and level headed, he generally seeks towards cleansing the world of the worst sicknesses.
