Okay, this is my first picture after my artistic block.
I had no inspiration to draw for 7 months due to a loss in the family.
The meaning of drawing was gone for me and I had no inspiration to draw just for the fun of it. It was no ideas in my head and no urge or drive at all. Now I am a back a little... and it starts with this pic.

This drawing is of my superduper boss. she is always supporting me and man her outfits inspire. Althought the outfit she used that inspired this was a little different as the pants beeing shorter (ending at the knees) I kind of went with my own twist :)
So this drawing kind of shows how I feel my boss flies through work sometimes. it's like she fixes ten thousand things at the same time ^W^ I am also a huge fan of how mentally strong she is, yet compassionate and very mature

Short and easy Monika is awesome and I really appriciate her :)
(and when you watch as much anime as I have for the last hours drama picture like this are sure to follow xD)
