The following is a commissioned story
RchlisNomSome which features her two OC's, the forest sprite named Thorn and everyone's favorite gentle vegetarian ogre, Ganchua.
Here, our little forest sprite helps himself to a blueberry lunch, only to soon discover another much larger creature is also hungry for berries. Ganchua's always very well-mannered and eats with moderation, but everyone has that something where they just can't help but stuff their faces with as much of it as they can. And when it comes to that something happens to blueberries, which, unfortunately for Thorn, he happens to be a tad too close for comfort near...
It's always a blast writing for RchlisNomSome's characters. They're adorable and funny and always hit all the right fluff buttons for me. And Ganchua is as cuddly as ogres get.
CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: BELLY RUBS, BLOATING, BURPING, FLUFF, HICCUPS, (NON FATAL) VORE, WEIGHT GAIN.
Not your thing? Do not read. If it's your thing, you've come to the right place.

Oh my! That was absolutely adorable, I love the way you wrote this story and its pacing, not too slow nor too slow.
I like Thor's attitude, and Ganchua is just enthralling to read; the part when he's crumbling in remorse and self-lashing for almost harming a helpless little creature made my heart melt at how endearing the image of such a burly, stunning-looking ogre feeling so regretful, absolutely lovely
Great job on this one!
P.D. I loved that part when Ganchua is worried that Torro's uncouthness is rubbing off on him It's really funny to see him being so concerned about education and manners even when he's all on his own.

Thanks, dude, glad you enjoyed it!
I had a ton of fun writing this one, and a lot of the characteristics are things I have to credit to RchlisNomSome since she was the one who came up with the characters and storybeats for me to work with.
I loved that part too. It's just funny and precious how a big burly ogre can be such a massive teddy bear.

Whelp, that was every bit as cavity inducing as I thought it would be. I made the right decision choosing you to write up this story.
This turned out so great! You did an awesome job at finding that perfect balance of comedic, heartwarming, and genuinely tense moments, and they all flowed together really nicely! As much as I love pure fluffy stories (which this is), it was nice to read one that had some more danger and higher stakes involved. Of course, as long as it has a happy ending, which of course, you nail.
As for the characters? Well, I don't know what more I can say about how you handle the big cuddly papa ogre himself. He's friggin' perfect, plain and simple, and putting him in the role of accidental predator was equally perfect. ^^ I especially love those moments of blissful ignorance as Ganchua enjoys his meal without a care in the world, it's just too darn cute. It almost makes me feel bad that he has to put up with so much anxiety and discomfort, knowingly or unknowingly...but again, as long as it has a happy ending, it's okay to torture him a little bit.
Also, I have to comment on Thorn too, because your portrayal of him is absolutely hilarious. He's almost like a buggy version of C3PO, if you turn up the pride and add a dash more bite. He's prissy, timid, and strung up, but he's got a LOT of attitude for a creature his size. But on top of that, he's not annoying or a jerk. If that ending sequence is any indication, he can be quite the gentleman at times...as long as he's not in danger of turning into ogre food. XD
All in all, I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you so much!

Thank you very much. I'm so happy to hear that this one was to your satisfaction!
Your scenarios are always the right blend of everything I personally love in these kinds of vore stories and it made for an adorable ride to write up, especially once papa ogre fully realized what was going on.
He really does make for the perfect accidental predator, namely because he's a vegetarian and an absolute sweetheart. So seeing him put in a situation like that, despite him being the one who almost ate Thorn, you end feeling bad for the big ogre boi because he feels even worse. But like you said, if it all works out, torture away.
Thorn was a fun character too! It was a fun experience trying to write up a smol boi who wasn't Puck or some of my other smol bois, but rather, one full of pride and trying his damnedest not to lose all of it along with his life. But also someone who wasn't a total tool either. So I was really glad you came up with a character like that and that this portrayal was to your satisfaction!
You are very welcome! And thank you very much for commissioning me in the first place, because this was a blast to write up!

Exactly. But still, seeing the poor teddy bear boi burst into tears out of guilt...oh my god, my aching heart! >.< Even Thorn can't be angry at him while he's so miserable, and he was the one who almost got digested!
And you did a great job bringing out Thorn's personality and making him a distinct character for his first appearance. I love how he's unique from Ganchua and the rest of the fam, but he's got some similarities too, and you can tell how these characters might get along. Thorn and Ganchua are both proper and polite, although Ganchua is certainly the more humble of the two. Thorn and Puck both have attitudes bigger than their bodies, but Puck is a lot more rough around the edges. And Torro?...eh, he and Thorn are about as different as you can get. XD
Speaking of Torro, the little reference to him eating all the strawberries was hilarious.

And I'm very glad to hear you enjoyed it as much as you did.
That was a fun, sad little part. I figured if Ganchua ever did accidentally eat someone and was as ravenous as he was, then the feeling of almost causing serious harm to an innocent creature or worse would be too much to bare. And I think despite being a bit prissy, Thorn feels for the big boi.
Thank you! It was fun having that little bit of "woe is I" for Thorn and making him a bit more of a drama queen at points. But still good at heart so like you said, I can see him and Ganchua getting along quite well. Maybe Ganchua would even encourage Thorn's musical endeavors. With Puck, like you said, he's probably a bit too spunky and playful for Thorn's liking. And Torro is probably a big fat nope for him.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed that bit. It's impossible not to reference bull boi in any regard, especially when it comes to papa bear ogre boi.

Absolutely. In this situation, he's the kind of guy to dwell on the "what could have been" instead of the actual outcome, and as a result would really beat himself up for it.
And I think those were the parts that cracked me up the most especially when Thorn STILL hesitates to blow the gunk-covered flute, even when his life is on the line. And when he manages to slip in an "I say!" while punching away.
I was actually thinking about how Ganchua would react to Thorn's music. Going off of the intro, I'd like to imagine that Thorn is genuinely talented when it comes to playing the flute...although his major drawback is that he doesn't take criticism well, since he's obviously not the humble type.

In moments like that, it makes the big papa bear boi that much more huggable when he's got a case of the feels.
Thanks! I loved the idea of him being so wound up that even when everything's off the rails, he doesn't take grossness too well.
Similarly, I imagine he's not much of a fighter so him wailing away is bound to be on the more comical side.
I think because Ganchua's so nice, he'd be very positive and encouraging about it, which boosts Thorn's ego. And the instant he gives a single note, he's really shy and nervous about it, and Thorn has to just swallow his pride and take the criticism, resisting the urge to throw a fit.

He's already pretty damn huggable as is, so this is taking it to a whole other level. ^^
Pretty much. He doesn't cope with the slimy elements of nature too well. XD Even after the excitement of the story, he probably spent an hour washing all the goop off.
Yup! Not to mention the fact that he probably uses more gentleman-ly boxing techniques whenever he gets into a scuffle.
Most definitely. Honestly, this is one of those moments when Ganchua is actually TOO nice. He's the kinda guy who would be too afraid to say anything mean, and would just keep walking on eggshells about it. And the minute Thorn gets upset, he would immediately take back his comment to avoid him blowing up. At least with Puck, he won't hesitate to say his mind and get straight to the point, so he might be pretty helpful with his "tough love" approach. And in the meantime, the only feedback Torro would give would be him whining while covering his ears. XD

How an ogre manages to be so lovable and friendly is forever beyond me, but I don't mind!
Poor smol sprite is probably all frantic in his head as he scrubs away like, "UNCLEANUNCLEANUNCLEAN"
I get a sense that Thorn probably hasn't been in too many scraps, has he.
Poor big papa bear boi. It might take some doing before Thorn can properly take criticism and even then, I can see Ganchua being very reluctant and hesitant to dish any out. In contrast, you have Puck pulling out an entire list of everything wrong with Thorn's playing even if he is talented. The smol imp is probably the CinemaSins of this world, right down to the nitpicky snark.
Poor Torro whining at the strange music is probably bound to just leave Thorn thinking he's just some uncultured bovine.

I can just see Ganchua is just watching from afar like, “I wish Torro was as enthusiastic about taking baths as this little one.” And then Thorn squeals and demands he get some privacy. XD
Probably not. Or at least, nothing above his weight class...which really doesn’t leave a lot of options. I dunno, maybe he’s dueled with hummingbirds or something.
Hah! I love it. And as a result, you have Puck trying to get the big fella to toughen up and let Thorn have it, just a LITTLE bit. But poor Ganchua is all shy about speaking up and hurting Thorn’s feelings.
Technically, that isn’t too far from the truth. XP

Cue papa bear ogre yelping, covering his eyes like, "Eep! M-My apologies!" Before running away with embarrassment and accidentally hitting a tree.
Even then, odds are good the humming birds left him begging for mercy.
Gah, Ganchua is so unbelievably precious.
Knowing Puck, he'd just wave his paw dismissively like, "Aw, c'mon, Ganchy! I mean, sure, I can't play fer squat! But I guarantee he ain't gonna learn to get better if he ain't gonna listen to his audience, right?"
Poor bull boi is just so bewildered like, "Loud funny noises hurt Torro's head thingy!"

Hah! XD Well, the big fella has to admit he deserved that one...while he walks away, rubbing his sore nose.
Probably. Thorn would still defend himself on that one though. "It's not fair! Those avian devils have built-in daggers!"
And poor Ganchy just taps his fingers together like a sheepish child, replying uneasily, "Yes, that's true, but...I-I'd rather avoid hitting raw nerves. What if I genuinely hurt him?"
Accompanied by him whimpering and folding his big ears down to shield them from the racket.

Poor papa bear.
Then, Ganchua can't help but ask, "...How did you even end up getting in a fight with one though?"
Gah, Ganchua is so lovably sweet, it gives my filling-filled teeth cavities all over again.
Puck just smiles back at the big lug and bats him playfully with his widdle paw. "Well, he'll get over it. That's what bein' a good friend's all about; bein' honest, not 'cuz ya wanna hurt nobody, but 'cuz ya want 'em to learn'n be better! Plus, it ain't like ya won't soften it up anyway, right?"
At that point, I dunno if Thorn is offended, confused or just like 'wat.'

And of course, Thorn huffs, “I was only defending my reputation after she made the outrageous claim that my music ‘needs work’. Can you believe that nonsense?!”
I’m glad you think so. ^^ And that sweet papa bear rubs the back of his neck as he contemplates. “Y-You are absolutely right. It’s for his own good...” Although I have a feeling Ganchy might crack under pressure. XD

Ganchua would just be uneasy, since he can see where the hummingbird is coming from. But then, a thought even he's stuck on has him befuddled. "...She...?"
I feel like there's an entire story to tell in this exchange alone, one made adorable and hilarious by the sheepish teddy bear ogre boi, and his widdle imp pal, basically playing 'timid critic & cinemasins.'
