Wow.. 15 years and 8-9 of them are digital.
Gotta say that is a rather long time. Since 2003 or so. Which makes me think of a handful of artist who probably done it for that long time or longer. Sharue is one, Omega is another. I'd also say Sparky the Chu, but not sure if he has drawn for 15 years or just 13.
With other words, not many artists I can list ontop of my head who may have drawn for aslong as you have Pencilman. Or whom I can atleast remember at this time.
