Ughh, FINALLY got the sketch done for the Beats of 9 contest over on DeviantART... So to those wondering where I disappeared off to lately, this is pretty much responsible for that...lol And I'm not done just yet...this is only the unfinished pencil sketch...fffffff I'm going to ink it (which will fill out the vaguely empty chest cavity and other areas) and depending on if I have time, I may shade it as well...

It's not obvious at all that I can't draw mechanical/inanimate objects for shit...x3 But really, I entered this thing to challenge myself...and I think I've done just that, jesus...@____@; This was a piece of work that's for sure, but I'm proud of it so far and while I'm not really expecting anything out of the contest for it, I'm just glad I pushed myself to actually do it...

I hope to god we don't have to explain these things because if we do, I'm screwed...*laughs* All I know is that it has a crow skull for a head and then was randomly made up with whatever I penciled in from there...x3 But I figure that this creature would maybe be a sort of scout or something, more of a surveillance unit than a fighting one... It can attack and defend itself though, bit it's more useful for observation... This one has been partially damaged on it's right side though, which is why it has loose wires hanging down, a broken LED lens eye, and binding done to it's right "wing"... It's still functional, though it does have some erratic quirks because of the damage...

A HUGE thank you to my kitten  Chat_Noir for cleaning this up for me and putting it together in one piece... Had to scan the damn thing 4 different ways since my scanner is so small...>'/ And also for her helpful suggestions in the overall design, wouldn't have had half the motivation to finish it if weren't for her...:'///3
