Yas got to build up those muscles. I spent an an afternoon headbanging to Metallica until I couldn't hold my head upright anymore. But I've never had trouble since then. Do it often enough and it won't bother you and you'll have a neck like the Corpsegrinder. https://youtu.be/P0rVw9kLdt4
100% agree! ;) It's not always given for granted! At some concert you might see "metalheads" (normally hated by the most of the metalheads, especially the veteran ones xD) that come at the fests all "METAL HAS NO RULES FUCK YEAH!!!", totally unaware that even a mosh pit has an etiquette to respect... but it's not too common because those who act this way are normally kept away by others the good or the bad way xD
