Meet the breed of entity known as Havoc. They are known to encourage impulsive actions and destructive behavior. Despite their bright markings and rattling capabilities, they are adept at hiding near places of mischief and merriment in order to exert their influence. Halloween, Guy Fawkes Day, and April Fools Day are particular favorites of theirs.
