Just... wow. ;O.O That is an impressively sexy picture of Grace. I like her outfit, and the way you've applied the colour scheme from her usual outfits to it.
The only things I may quibble with are her hair colour (her in-game 3D model's hair is brown, but in pretty much all the artowrk of her it's more of an auburn or reddish-brown), and when fervently ignoring my rampant hormones regarding her I'd have said that her chest was a cup or so too small.
But still, a most excellent piece of work there! :)
