I see you like to draw D&D stuff a lot, and I will say, this ranger looks pretty good. However, as an elf and a female, I would suggest slimming the legs down a little bit, maybe adding a quiver.
On the positives, the pointed ears work pretty well, and seem well drawn, as does the part of the face we can see. The leather (I assume) armor is pretty decent, with good stitchwork, and the sexy touch of the partially visible breast is good as well. More detail, all I ask.
