It took me many, many erasures and redraws to get it to look somewhat decent... so much so I forgot to finish his right hand. Oh well. :P

OH! His cane! Allow me to explain. The rapid change of musculature a human being experiences when transforming into were form causes an enormous growth (thus making the were form appear almost 7 feet high). Enough muscle would accumulate in the arms, torso, and thighs that the infarction present is sufficiently filled in to allow nearly painless walking. :D
