Yet another commission I gotten back a few weeks ago and haven't gotten around posting it due to computer problems until now.
When it comes to her psychic powers, Rei/Sailor Mars is very skilled using them to her fullest whether it's sensing energy from others or casting her talisman tags onto monsters/enemies.
So it's one of those instance when her enchantment talisman tag accidentally got super stuck on her diaper butt and Rei tries her hardest remove the talisman off of her padding, but no luck.
