Mayor Albert has a very demanding sister who often comes to visit him.
Also bringing along her large horde of kids. He doesn't like dealing with her, so he often hides from her instead. XD.

She has 21 kids in total but only 18 live with her and her husband, as her first 3 kids were overburdened with having to look after their siblings. They were prevented from following their own paths and aim for their own career goals. They ended up leaving home.

The sister uses Alberts high standing as a mayor to get what she wants, demanding, prissy, pushy and with stupidly high expectations, she is blind to the knock on effect her actions have.

During this visit her kids have trouble with their phones and Pixel has the extreme displeasure of encountering her.

Pixel is the youngest member of the rebel group that help defend the town. He was only a child when he first joined the team. but he works hard to help the group, like here he is on his way to the meeting hall with some paperwork.

The sister currently has no name, she isn't intended to be a villain as there are far worse people in my world.
