I do offer OC draw-ins for +20USD, in this case I did not because of the size of the base. With an OC, I usually give a bigger version of the file so that the details can be better seen, in this case the base is (because of a mistaken save) only 760 pixels high, so basically the size you see posted here.
I can still do OCs drawn in, but I cannot provide a bigger file than the one shown here. If this is not a problem for you, then please note me your OC references and I'll start right away (60USD for outfit+OC and 65USD for outfit+recolor+OC), if this is not acceptable, I do understand and have no problem if you are not interested in the outfit alone.
