Mena rushes him to the hospital not caring if he gets hurt more on the way.


I never really explained the relationship between Mena and Marsh.
Heres how it goes.

When Geneviewe Edwina started making an appearance, It was Marsh that helped her around the new school. According to her, a lot has changed since she was a student. She promised to award him soon. Turns out she wasn't talking about money or gifts. She told her Assistant Mena to follow and protect him. Not for his sake but for Mena's.

Mena is very impatient and paranoid and needs to learn slow down. Because Gene raised her for so long, she feels she has to do this one important thing and go back to school. But here is the thing. Mena hates Marsh. In fact, she hates anyone who gets close to Gene. Especially guys. THough she doesnt show it for Marsh, she usually does for everyone else.

If it wasn't for Gene's request, they would probably be enemies.
So unlike Belaira's tough love, Mena has more of a two faced love for Marsh.
That's him alright. Getting all the girls but none of the luck.

Also Mena's last name is Edwina because she was raised by Gene. She's not her actual daugter
