I wanted to pay tribute to some of my favorite fat fur artists, so I decided I wanted to try drawing my character Splendid Ricky in some of their styles. I tend to prefer less exaggerated fat furs like this one, though sometimes I do like a little more, though they have to look powerful and not just senselessly fat. It means said this style is both tasteful and strong looking, and that's why HIJOKE is one of my favorite fat fur artists. I also like the fact his style isn't too complex, and it's a style even I can do. That being said, I generally don't need an art style to be super complex, I'm fine with an art style simply looking clean. As long as you have a clean image, then that's good enough for me.
