Anger and hatred, irrational and rational, towards groups of people and individuals.

Anger and poor self control are not really something to be proud of. Especially with some things I don't really have a way of venting or dealing with the negative feelings or I have to avoid doing so, and it builds up. I'm in my right mind enough to try not to take it out on other people, but I don't always succeed.
