Or... on cats anyway....

so tikes and I were talking about leash training the cats (especially trillian, since she LOVES being outside, but can’t be kept out there)

then I bought some cat harness-leash combos on sale at petsmart, and just today we tried them on.... this is what happened XDDDD

Elaren: when we got the harness on her she just started trying to back up out of it, and almost wound up leaving the room XD she didn’t like it....

Trillian: her response was a bit funnier! I swear her eyes got as big as dinner plates when the harness clicked onto her, then she just sat there for a couple of seconds, before flopping on her side....
what I DIDN’T show, was after trillian flopped, she started rolling over again and again, then she’d stand and take a couple of steps before flopping and rolling over again XDDDD

as for the day... tikes kept an eye on them while we left the harnesses on for the day, and now they’re acting like they’re not wearing anything ^^ after a bit more harness training we’ll start the actual leashing and see how they react!



I mostly needed to draw this to take a break from commissions/requests/candy bar work... so no, I haven’t forgotten your stuff, I just needed to draw something fun for myself ^^ thankies for your patience
