I had company, visiting from Europe, last week! Iggy came from the U.K. to visit me, for an entire week! Frey & I picked Iggy up from the airport, on Wednesday, June 13th, and I wanted to have a neat sign for him, so that when he got off the plane, he could find us, easily. But, sadly, Frey and I got stuck in traffic, on the way to the airport, so we weren't there, when Iggy got off the plane. But I still got out of the rental, and held up the sign. He said it was "brilliant," which made me smile, a lot! Iggy stayed here till Wednesday, June 20th... a whole week, and we had a blast together! We went to Hersheypark, where we had an awesome time, riding the coolest Rollercoasters, and floating around the Lazy River a couple of times. And we even went to the Zoo, too! We saw two Black Bears, play-fighting in the water! And lots of other cool animals, too! Iggy got some great photos with his phone. I made lots of good food, while both my guests were here. I made a Goose, and some Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, and vegetables. And I made some homemade gluten-free pizza. I also made Pad Thai, and Pumpkin Spaghetti. Everything was really tasty. I was really pleased with how all my meals came out. Iggy seemed to enjoy my cooking, as well.
After Frey left, on Sunday, Iggy and I walked to a local store, that's about a half mile from me, and the next day, when the temperature became really hot, we went for a wade, in the Cocalico Creek, which runs very close to where I live. We skipped rocks(and small, smooth, flat, broken pieces of pottery), and we walked against the fairly strong current of the creek. We kept each other from falling over, in the creek. And we watched all 5 Volumes of RWBY, and the Divergent Series, on my TV, in the living room. We had a great week!
