Okay, last pic. Just wanted to give you guys a little taste of my Alaska trip. For me, this was the crowning moment: an 8.2 mile hike up and down a mountain next to Exit Glacier, which lead up to Harding Ice Field. Really breathtaking and a little surreal. Just... ice and mountains as far as the eye can see.

hehe, if you ever get a chance to do this hike you must! One of my favorite hikes EVER, even though halfway up you pause and go, "DAMMIT when will I get to walk downhill or at least on flat ground?" So very worth going all the way up. And then of course coming down 4 miles of fairly steep mountain makes your knees want to explode. XD I wouldn't have it any other way though.
