I've heard it was decent and that it was worth playing. Now all I need is a job so I can have money to get it. It's on my list of things to get if I see it cheap.
Also, an OLD school brawler that is STILL good is River City Ransom. Possibly the game that introduced me to the genre, way back on NES. If you have a Wii and the 5 bucks worth of points for it, I highly recommend it. The save mechanism on the VC one is better than the original (you can exit the game and it will save your progress, instead of having to write down a 100 character long password). I believe they remade it for the gameboy of some kind as well.
