For somebody who literally is named Cipher, you never really see Bill do anything with them. Which is a shame, there's so very many fun ones out there.

Last one in the core series of alternate Bills, and by far the one that took longest despite the simple look. Granted, finding and hand copying 13 different uncracked codes did take up a good chunk of that time.
