yeah! I actually didn't notice it was a skull at first, for some reason I kept trying to make it into something facing left, and that was what I came up with :p
But I have no idea what cartoon show this could be from, it reminds me of a neanderthal skull but I can't think of any cartoon where cavemen played a big part in except for the Flintstones, and that seems like a HIGHLY unlikely answer!
