Reference of Vic! I made Vic probably like.. 7 years ago? Something like that. He's gone through some design changes but I think I'm happy with this one. Breed is finally decided too, haha.

Personality: Vic is a little reckless, kind of moody. He's fun to be with but his mood can fluctuate more than the average person. He likes to be with friends, and make the most of life. He thinks drinking at parties or with friends is a blast.. But sometimes he drinks a little to much. He doesn't drive, he's a pedestrian or he rides a motor scooter sometimes to get to school. Cars are.. too much.
